JSC Forms Strategic Alliance with BOESL and JITCO for Skills Transfer Program

The Japan Study Center at Daffodil International University has finalized a strategic tripartite agreement with Bangladesh Overseas Employment & Services Ltd. (BOESL) and the Japan International Training Cooperation Organization (JITCO). This landmark partnership aims to streamline the recruitment and skill-matching of Bangladeshi professionals heading to Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) and Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) visa programs.

Under this agreement, JSC will serve as the primary training partner, delivering intensive language programs (JLPT N4/N3 levels) alongside professional etiquette and cultural adaptation courses. BOESL will coordinate the official placement and compliance procedures, while JITCO will guide standard alignment with Japanese workplace regulations.

This strategic context addresses the growing workforce demands in Japan. The training modules are specifically tailored to bridge the gap in soft skills and workplace ethics, ensuring that candidates are fully prepared for the cultural and environmental transition.

The partnership has already generated interest from several corporate sponsors in Japan, especially in sectors such as Information Technology, Caregiving, Hospitality, and Precision Engineering.
