World-Class Japanese Hospitality (Omotenashi)

The SSW Accommodation program provides front desk reception services, PR/planning, hospitality, and restaurant services inside hotel facilities.

At the Japan Study Center (JSC), we offer structured training to help you master Japanese hospitality etiquette, hotel operations, and business conversation required for the Shukuhaku exam.

Accommodation Industry Responsibilities

Front Desk Reception

Welcoming guests, checking in and checking out, handling reservations, and managing inquiries in Japanese.

Ryokan & Resort Services

Providing traditional Japanese hospitality, detailing kimono and traditional dining protocols.

Ryokan/Hotel Cleanliness

Coordinating with housekeeping, inspecting room setups, and maintaining lobby hygiene.

Guest Relations & PR

Explaining local attractions, resolving minor issues, and organizing guest recreational activities.
