Building Cleaning Industry Responsibilities

Building cleaning involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in offices, hotels, shopping centers, hospitals, and public facilities across Japan.

Commercial Space Cleaning

Cleaning and maintaining floors, carpets, windows, and restroom facilities in office buildings and hotels.

Sanitation & Hygiene

Using specialized disinfectants and sanitizing agents to maintain health and safety standards.

Equipment Operation

Operating floor polishers, industrial vacuum cleaners, and high-pressure washing machinery.

Waste Management

Sorting, recycling, and disposing of waste according to local Japanese city regulations.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age.

Japanese Proficiency: JFT Basic or JLPT N4 Level or above.

English Language: Basic conversational English is helpful.

Academic: No degree required. No prior experience is compulsory (cleaning experience is a plus).
