Core Job Responsibilities
Crop Cultivation
Planting, transplanting, irrigating, fertilizing, and managing crops including rice, vegetables, fruits, and flowers.
Harvest & Shipping
Harvesting crops using manual and mechanized methods, sorting by grade, packaging, and shipping to markets.
Livestock Management
Feeding, health monitoring, breeding management, and sanitation for cattle, pigs, poultry, and dairy animals.
Equipment Operation
Operating tractors, combine harvesters, and other agricultural machinery safely and efficiently.
