Japan's rural regions face acute labor shortages as the population ages and urbanizes. The agricultural SSW field covers general crop farming (cultivation, collection, shipping, sorting) and general livestock farming (breed management, collection). Workers are placed across Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kyushu, and other agricultural hubs.

This field is unique in that workers may be dispatched to multiple farms within a region based on seasonal demand, offering varied experiences throughout the year.

Harvesting crops using manual and mechanized methods, sorting by grade, packaging, and shipping to markets.

Livestock Management

Feeding, health monitoring, breeding management, and sanitation for cattle, pigs, poultry, and dairy animals.

Equipment Operation

Operating tractors, combine harvesters, and other agricultural machinery safely and efficiently.
